It is suitable for testing drop strength of filled wooden / corrugated boxes and any other type of containers. This formidable machine has been engineered to excel in heavy-duty applications, available in 50Kg/100Kg/200Kg enabling precise and controlled drops from heights of up to 1.8 meters.
The heart of it lies in its Drop Flap Assembly System, intricately driven by a screw mechanism shaft. The vertical movement of the drop flap is expertly regulated by an electromechanical drive system, utilizing robust drive nuts crafted from proso bronze, specially designed to endure the most demanding tasks. Limit switches have been judiciously integrated to ensure the utmost safety during the ascent and descent of the drop plate.
Efficiency is paramount in our design, exemplified by the symmetrically opening drop flap, activated seamlessly via a pedal-operated switch harnessing pneumatic power. This precise action is executed by pneumatic cylinders, ensuring consistent and reliable operation.
Navigating the up and down movements of the drop plate is effortlessly managed through a two-way selector switch, enhancing user control and versatility. Moreover, an Emergency Stop switch has been thought fully incorporated for safety purpose. Additionally, this machine has a specialized holder designed to securely hold drop test boxes at various angles, further enhancing its adaptability for a wide range of box types.
